Core Duties
With direction from the Employee Engagement Leader, the Employee Engagement Specialist plays a crucial role in fostering a work environment that is engaging, inclusive, and conducive to employee well-being. The ideal candidate will have excellent English proficiency, written, and verbal communication. A candidate needs to be well organized, self-motivated, highly detailed oriented with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.

Employee Engagement Programs: Assist in the development and implementation of various engagement programs and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience. This will include hosting virtual events with groups as large as well as in person company events.
Creative Event Planning: Organize and support events, activities, and team-building exercises to boost morale and foster a sense of community within the organization. This may require in person support and coordination.
Recognition and Rewards: Help administer recognition and reward programs to acknowledge and appreciate employee contributions, organize local distribution of the awards. Manage local new joiners and new baby gift programs and maintain inventory.
Diversity and Inclusion: Promote diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure a welcoming and equitable workplace for all employees. Participate in the monthly meetings and take an active role in organizing initiatives.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyze engagement data to identify trends and recommend strategies for improvement.

Collaboration: Working as a team with other engagement members and leaders, support the global engagement program and its initiatives.
Surveys and Feedback: Assist with the coordination of employee surveys and feedback mechanisms to assess satisfaction levels, gather insights, and identify areas for improvement.

Minimum Requirements
An MBA degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
1-2 years’ experience preferably in HR or engagement focused role.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in business-level English language skills.
A genuine passion for employee engagement and a deep commitment to cultivating a positive workplace culture.
A foundational understanding of HR practices and principles.
Outstanding attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
