About Team & About Role:

Rubrik is looking for a Creative Director, CXO Experiences to transform how we engage, educate, and inspire enterprise IT and security CXOs through premium storytelling, high-impact design, and immersive brand experiences. This role will shape Rubrik’s CXO thought leadership in cyber resilience, crafting executive-level content, strategic reports, high-touch event experiences, and cutting-edge digital engagement strategies that reinforce Rubrik’s leadership in data security.

As a key member of Rubrik’s Office of Transformation, you will lead bespoke CXO storytelling initiatives, design visually compelling digital and print experiences, and create custom reports and multimedia content that resonate with executive audiences. Additionally, you will play a critical role in executive events, overseeing stage design, experiential activations, and high-impact CXO engagement moments—both in-person and digital.

What You’ll Do:

  • Cyber Resilience Thought Leadership & CXO Storytelling
    • Lead the creative strategy for executive-targeted content that establishes Rubrik as a thought leader in cyber resilience.
    • Develop and oversee the creation of premium reports, white papers, and research-driven content tailored for CXOs for Rubrik Zero Labs.
    • Craft compelling presentation narratives, keynote experiences, and custom business case storytelling materials that resonate with CXO audiences.
    • Collaborate with Rubrik’s product, GTM, and marketing teams to translate technical innovations into visually engaging, high-impact CXO content.
    Custom Reports & Bespoke Print/Digital Publishing
    • Design and produce bespoke, high-end print books, executive reports, and data-driven research publications for CXO audiences.
    • Partner with Rubrik Zero Labs to bring their exclusive cybersecurity insights and intelligence reports to life through compelling design and storytelling.
    • Develop innovative interactive digital reports and visual dashboards.
    Digital & Social Engagement for CXOs
    • Lead the creation of digital storytelling campaigns, social media content, and multimedia assets designed to engage CXOs.
    • Develop highly personalized digital experiences, including bespoke microsites, interactive reports, and CXO content hubs.
    • Oversee video production, motion graphics, and short-form content to enhance CXO engagement across digital and social channels.
    In-Person CXO Event Experiences & Stage Design
    • Conceptualize and execute on immersive in-person executive experiences, including CXO summits, executive roundtables, and bespoke CXO events.
    • Lead the stage design and visual experience strategy for Rubrik’s CXO experiences.
    • Develop branded, high-touch physical experiences, such as premium print materials and custom event signage.
    • Work with event production teams to design multi-sensory, interactive brand experiences that leave a lasting impact on CXO attendees.
    High-Touch Visual & Graphic Design Leadership
    • Oversee the design and creative execution of all CXO-facing materials, ensuring a visually stunning, premium brand aesthetic.
    • Ensure consistency across digital, print, and in-person creative deliverables, maintaining a best-in-class CXO experience.

Experience You’ll Need:

  • 10+ years of experience in creative direction, brand storytelling, executive engagement, or experience design.
  • Deep expertise in enterprise IT, cybersecurity storytelling, and B2B technology narratives.
  • Proven ability to create CXO-targeted reports, research-driven content, and high-end publications.
  • Experience designing and curating immersive stage experiences, executive events, and high-touch CXO activations.
  • Strong leadership in digital content creation, social media engagement strategies, and multimedia storytelling.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex cybersecurity and cloud concepts into visually compelling, high-impact content for executive audiences.
  • Expertise in graphic design, motion graphics, and interactive digital storytelling.
