Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Security Technician to join our team! In this role you will get to provide technical assistance to the end user of SIMs Operation Centers worldwide.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Maintaining Operation Centers Audio-Visual systems
• Maintaining TSS associated with Operation Centers (OPC)
• Performing PM/CM's as required by site locations
• Performing as directed by the customer, site visits and inspections of un-manned OPC's
• Reviewing new designs
• Team lead on new OPC installations

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Candidate must be a US citizen with an active SECRET clearance and be able to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the areas of technical security systems.
• Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in technical security systems
• Must possess the ability to test and troubleshoot TSS equipment, read schematics and maintenance manuals, solder and unsolder components and researching parts, availability and costs
• Experience with Closed-circuit television systems (CCTV) systems, monitors, cameras, switchers, Intrusion Detection Systems, alarms, detectors, sensors.

Salary Range: $35.05 - $61.35

This position requires a Fit for Duty exam as part of the job requirements. Successful completion of this exam(s) will be required post offer acceptance, prior to you being able to continue in the hiring process and onboarding.
