Associate Systems Consultant

Paradigm is a software company transforming the way that the residential, construction & building product industries operate across the globe. We are looking for an Associate Systems Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for working with internal project teams and customers to help plan and execute the details required to successfully implement and support Paradigm’s enterprise software. You will execute according to Paradigm Service methodologies and best practices for system design and business process refinement.

What You Will Do:

• You will carry out system configuration activities that satisfy customer business requirements through existing application functionality. You will help drive our customer’s success!
• You will interact with internal implementation teams and external customers to assist with sales, operational, manufacturing, and product configuration needs.
• You will act as an implementation project team member on configuration, testing, training, and issue resolution.
• You will maintain regular verbal and written contact with the implementation project teams via weekly project status calls, remote working sessions, email, and issue tracking tools.
• You will build expertise with Paradigm products and services (including implementation/live customers, new features & tech and consulting customers on features).
• You will contribute to project strategy to successfully implement Paradigm software.
• You will review detailed business and functional requirements and customer workflows to assist in building overall project scope.
  
  
  

What You Need to Succeed:

• You will have a Bachelor’s Degree or Associates Degree or equivalent experience.
• You have the ability and desire to understand Paradigm software, follow best practices and implementation methodologies.
• You have knowledge of software, development and implementation practices is preferred.
• You will need critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• You have strong communication skills (both written & verbal). Including the ability to understand technical concepts.
• You are organized with attention to detail and follow-through. You are agile and able to adapt to changing demands and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• You are self-motivated and resourceful, with strong interpersonal skills; able to work with a team as well as individually.

Individual compensation packages are based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. Most roles at Paradigm have three levels, Associate, Mid and Senior. Our pay ranges are inclusive of all three levels (if applicable), our US based Associate level pay begins at $50,000 annually for this role. The salary does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary and benefits. These compensation levels are subject to an annual review.
