What will you be doing as a Land Auction Specialist -

  • You will build upon and develop new or existing relationships with our partner estate agents ensuring to maintain high levels of engagement across your portfolio of Land Agents
  • You will educate Land agents on the benefits of the iamsold proposition for auction, through daily interactions with our partner agents utilising various communication methods such as MS Teams, Zoom, telephone calls and app technology.
  • You will also educate vendors on the benefits of auctions and how it could be a better route to sell, whilst encouraging partner agents to speak to vendors about the proposition.
  • You will proactively identify and appraise new site development opportunities.
  • You will be contacting and engaging with agents and landowners to start building relationships. Whilst reaching out to new contacts within the agent network and arranging meetings to introduce ourselves and ensure a solid understanding of our product and our service.
  • You will research the different marketplaces for current values on land and GDV based on the detail of a particular scheme.
  • You will familiarise yourself with the available marketing support library and agree a marketing strategy in partnership with your portfolio of land agents to generate potential buyers and vendors.
  • You will confidently handle all pre auction negotiations on behalf of the Land agent with vendors and buyers in accordance with current AML standards.

What are we looking for?

  • You will have previous experience in Property Sales,
  • You will have a keen interest in Land & Commercial sales - experience within this field is beneficial, but not essential as training can be provided.
  • You will be highly target driven with a passion for getting results.
  • Excellent communication skills vital with the ability to build rapport.
