Summary of Role:
Health Advocate is searching for a Seasonal Production Designer in its fast-paced in-house marketing department to help with an important, time-sensitive project. As a Seasonal Production Designer, you will play a pivotal role in the creative process and success of the project by translating brand concepts into communications and designs. Your expertise in design software, attention to detail, and ability to work quickly and efficiently will contribute to the successful execution of our seasonal project.
Your Success
As a work from home associate, you’ll deliver a positive experience that solves members’ needs/challenges, while working to resolve issues.
Hours/Shift: Full time – 40 hours a week. Monday - Friday 9:00am – 5:00pm ET
Job Summary:
• Design Production: Collaborate with the communications team lead to create and transition existing materials into an updated designs according to brand requirements.
• Visual Execution: Create visually compelling designs for various marketing materials, including but not limited to, communications, social media graphics, print collateral, and packaging.
• File Preparation: Prepare and organize design files for production, ensuring they meet the necessary specifications and requirements for print or digital distribution.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks to maintain design consistency, accuracy, and brand compliance.
• Efficiency: Manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines and production schedules.
• Feedback Incorporation: Receive and implement feedback from the creative team and stakeholders to refine designs and enhance their impact.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a library of design assets, templates, and resources for future use.

Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and design principles.
• Proven experience as a Production Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of prepress and print production processes.
• Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Creativity and adaptability to seasonal themes and trends.

Physical Requirements:
