Schedule Details/Additional Information:

Department is 24/7, however hours will be during "normal business hours." Occasional flex to reach teammates of various shifts as needed.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Provides specific consultation as needed to team and hiring leaders while qualifying the requisition prior to the posting of the requisition.
  • Assesses and makes recommendations regarding recruitment events and interview sessions.  Plans recruitment events held in cooperative effort with HR and professional community organizations and agencies.
  • Monitors recruitment trends and metrics. Analyzes key recruitment data elements and partners with business leaders to create a recruitment plan.
  • Models enterprise core values of caring, commitment, integrity, and teamwork.  Works with a high level of independence and is able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leads business partners, candidates, and peers to move toward shared strategic goals. Builds relationships, takes appropriate actions, and provides candid professional observations.
  • Assists in the preparation and completion of special projects as requested.  Uses personal and professional judgment in setting priorities for assignments.
  • Communicates applicant feedback/inquiries to appropriate leader as needed. Responds timely to business partner/candidate requests via all forms of communication, and attends meetings as needed.
  • Researches and recommendations new and creative recruitment sources/approaches to include job fairs, interview sessions, open houses, web-based postings, college/university job fairs, professional and community agencies, etc.
  • Ensures that HR activities are performed appropriately by self and by department staff including operating in compliance with all state and federal labor laws, HR policies and procedures, and any other regulatory agency standards. Collaborates with HR when needed to ensure reference checks, education verification, criminal background checks and all other required pre-employment checks are completed.
  • Manages equipment inventory as needed.

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field or may consider equivalent experience.

Experience Required:

  • Typically requires 3 years of experience in recruitment or employment hiring.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • Possesses exemplary oral and written communication skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, computer skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrates an intermediate level of knowledge regarding contact centers, service lines, enterprise operations.
  • Ability to manage and maintain confidential information.
  • Perform duties in a safe manner, thus promoting a safe and confidential environment for all enterprise employees and applicants.

Preferred Job Requirements:

  • Previous management or supervisory experience preferred.

Pay Range

$26.10 - $39.15
