Job description

The Senior Technical Service Representative supports and answers the Product Services Tech line. Other responsibilities include answering email inquiries from distributors, shops, and end-user customers. Writing product certifications and assisting with the CAIR concern process.

Qualified candidates for this position must excel in, and the ability to explain processes to the customer.

You will report to the Commercial Market Deveopment Manager of Refinish Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls on the Product Service line, troubleshooting PPG Refinish products.
  • Answer Refinish Email box.
  • Be a gatekeeper for the Product CAIRs ensuring they are entered and routed correctly resolved and closed.
  • Provide certification documents.
  • Communicate with the Marketing team for needed product information.
  • Stay current, and lend improvement input, on products, process, tools, and system upgrades (Continuous Learning)

Qualifications

  • College Degree preferred or 3+ years of equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • French/Spanish ability a bonus but not necessary.
  • Accountability with experience and accurate follow up.
  • Work with all levels of team.
  • Travel USCA, MX
