Service Delivery Director – Global Organization


Are you a senior leader with commercial acumen, operational expertise, and a track record of inspiring high-performing teams? Influx is looking for a Service Delivery Director to drive exceptional service delivery and client success in our fast-growing mid-market segment.


As Service Delivery Director you will lead a global team, ensure service excellence, foster strong client relationships, and drive commercial growth. Your leadership will empower teams and enhance operational efficiency while shaping Influx’s service delivery strategy.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Design scalable delivery frameworks, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiency.
  • Client Relationships: Build strong, strategic partnerships with senior clients and resolve complex escalations.
  • Commercial Growth: Lead strategies to achieve revenue, retention, and margin goals.
  • Service Innovation: Collaborate to create tailored solutions, aligning service offerings with client needs and market trends.
  • Team Development: Mentor and grow Delivery Directors, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.


What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in senior operational leadership, ideally within BPO or service delivery.
  • Strong systems thinking and a track record of driving client satisfaction and growth.
  • Excellent commercial acumen, managing high-value client relationships.
  • Expertise in designing scalable operational frameworks and processes.
  • Exceptional people management skills with a focus on talent development.
  • Due to the working hours for this role, a West Coast location is preferred but not required.
