We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team with order management, customer communication, and administrative tasks to ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.

About the Job

Key Duties:

Enter and process sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service.
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotes, managing customer data, and tracking orders.
Utilize Salesforce to manage customer relationships, track sales activities, and maintain up-to-date records.
Work closely with the production team to track order timelines and provide customers with timely updates.
Actively participate in sales meetings, providing insights and updates on customer orders and sales activities.
Ensure all customer and order data is recorded accurately and generate reports when needed.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email promptly and professionally.
Identify opportunities to streamline sales processes and improve overall efficiency.

Skills and Experience
