About the mission we offer you:

Take a glance at your missions!

• Participate in day-to-day cash management (daily reconciliation, management of requests and remittances from subsidiaries to the cash center, position management, monitoring of cash outflows and inflows to bank accounts, etc.) in the Diapason cash management software.
• Exchange with colleagues in other Group Treasury departments (Cash Management EMEIA/Front Office/Middle Office/Back Office Compliance/Finance), Operating Center managers and local treasurers, as well as banking partners, to manage this process.
• Participate in the preparation of fortnightly cash and debt reporting at CDR level using GTR Hyperion Business Intelligence software, as well as in the daily reconciliation process with the Consolidation Department on a quarterly basis, with preparation of the report for the Audit Committee.
• Participate in the preparation of the Group's short-term cash flow forecasts (Short Term Forecast) on a fortnightly basis, with final preparation of the Group's cash “landing” for the coming month.
• Review the existing processes with a view to potential improvement, drafting of operating procedures or training presentations for the department or the treasury community
• Participate in projects involving the management of banking relations, deployment of Diapason treasury software in countries/subsidiaries not using this system, improvement of treasury software functionalities, development of automation and digitization, etc.

About you:

• You are pursuing a Master’s Degree (BAC+4/BAC+5) in a Business School or University with a specialization in Finance/Accounting Management. A treasury-oriented training course would be a plus.
• We are looking for someone rigorous and organized.
• You are a team player, have good communication skills and a strong interest in using IT systems related to Finance & Treasury.
• A previous experience as a Cash Management intern in an international company would be appreciated.
