Job Description
You will be responsible for providing generalist HR Advice, support and services to management and employees across the organisaiton. Key responsiblities include:
Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on all stages of the employee lifecycle, offering solutions and recommending strategies to address key issues.
Implement HR solutions across various areas, including total rewards, diversity and inclusion, onboarding, training and development, policies and procedures, employee communication, performance management, investigations, and coaching.
Uitilise HR expertise to lead and contribute to HR projects.
Ensure 100% data integrity within HRIS (WorkDay).
Provide support in facilitating WGEA submissions.
Consult with the business, draft submissions and policies, and build strong relationships with a diverse range of clients.
The Successful Applicant
Tertiary qualifications in HR/Business (Preferred but not essential).
Proven ability to research, analyse, and provide expert advice on complex HR issues to both management and staff.
Strong understanding of contemporary HR legislation and policies, particularly in relation to industrial relations environments.
Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to plan, manage, and contribute to HR projects, including leading project teams and identifying initiatives for continuous improvement.
Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage projects with minimal supervision.
Keen attention to detail when managing complex tasks that require careful coordination and planning.
Experience with Workday is highly advantageous.
