Job Description

You will be responsible for providing generalist HR Advice, support and services to management and employees across the organisaiton. Key responsiblities include:

  • Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on all stages of the employee lifecycle, offering solutions and recommending strategies to address key issues.
  • Implement HR solutions across various areas, including total rewards, diversity and inclusion, onboarding, training and development, policies and procedures, employee communication, performance management, investigations, and coaching.
  • Uitilise HR expertise to lead and contribute to HR projects.
  • Ensure 100% data integrity within HRIS (WorkDay).
  • Provide support in facilitating WGEA submissions.
  • Consult with the business, draft submissions and policies, and build strong relationships with a diverse range of clients.

The Successful Applicant

  • Tertiary qualifications in HR/Business (Preferred but not essential).
  • Proven ability to research, analyse, and provide expert advice on complex HR issues to both management and staff.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary HR legislation and policies, particularly in relation to industrial relations environments.
  • Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan, manage, and contribute to HR projects, including leading project teams and identifying initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage projects with minimal supervision.
  • Keen attention to detail when managing complex tasks that require careful coordination and planning.
  • Experience with Workday is highly advantageous.
