  • Forecasting & Statistical Knowledge: Proficient in statistical methodologies (e.g., Frequentist, Bayesian) and their application to forecasting, capacity planning, and experimentation pipelines.
  • Enablement & Advocacy: Passionate about empowering teams through self-service analytics, training, and fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.
  • Process Design & Documentation: Experienced in establishing data governance practices, metric frameworks, and maintaining clear, accurate documentation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Track record of building strong partnerships across functions and seniority levels.

What you’ll be doing in the role

  • Supply Analytics: Build and maintain dashboards to track participant supply, demand, and utilisation across various task types and expertise levels, ensuring actionable insights for optimisation.

  • Insights Delivery: Manage reporting processes and deliver actionable insights to internal and external stakeholders, balancing strategic priorities and deadlines.
  • Operational Excellence: Optimise processes within the Human Data group through data-driven improvements and automation.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Apply statistical methodologies to support supply/demand forecasting and capacity planning, directly informing strategic decisions.
  • Self-service Solutions: Design dashboards and tools to empower teams to independently access and act on insights.
