Create, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to attract potential clients. Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic traffic and ensure a user-friendly experience. Design and optimize landing pages to maximize ad conversions and client inquiries. Develop and implement paid and organic social media strategies to increase engagement and reach. Manage email campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client relationships. Use Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other tools to track campaign performance, provide reports, and optimize marketing efforts.

Core responsibilities:

Min 2.5 Years of Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on ads management (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.). Experience in healthcare or mental health marketing is a plus. Strong knowledge of SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and email automation.
