Job description

Paid Search Specialist

Envision Horizons is seeking an experienced Paid Search Specialist to join our team in 2025! The Paid Search Specialist will manage multiple PPC advertising campaigns for a portfolio of brands. Core responsibilities include creating and optimizing Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display campaigns to meet clients' budget and efficiency goals. The role involves analyzing, harvesting, and negating keywords to maximize campaign performance. This highly collaborative position occasionally requires direct client interaction.

Location: Candidates must reside in Pakistan. Fully remote.

Salary: $20k-26k USD Annual Salary.

Working Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week. Must be online 9:00 am - 6:00 pm EST Monday through Friday. Position may require occasional overtime hours.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planning, managing, and executing Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, and Sponsored Display advertising campaigns.
  • Establishing, optimizing, and tracking KPIs and budgets for clients.
  • Auditing historical campaign performance and identifying performance drivers.
  • Ensuring that client advertising budgets are not exceeded or underspent.
  • Communicating the monthly/quarterly performance of advertising initiatives.
  • Collaborating with Account Managers to confirm client PPC objectives.
  • Staying current with Amazon best practices to ensure our clients are leveraging the latest strategies.
Qualifications
  • C1-C2 English proficiency.
  • 1-3 years of experience managing PPC campaigns on Amazon.
  • Understanding of the relationship between CPC, impressions, ACOS, and conversion rate.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement advertising strategies and identify opportunities to improve account performance.
  • Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience.
  • Excited by the opportunity to work with a variety of clients across many industries.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated with outstanding attention to detail.
  • Comfortable with a fast pace and changing initiatives.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Highly proficient in Excel with experience in vlookup, pivot tables, and other basic formulas.
