Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies for lead generation across platforms such as LinkedIn, Email, Social Media, and through Cold Calling to target potential clients in the USA market.
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage with them through proactive outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation processes and enhance the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new lead generation opportunities.
  • Set, meet, and exceed monthly sales targets by effectively converting leads into potential sales opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track and report on leads, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
  • Provide insights and feedback to the team on lead generation tactics and campaign performance to drive continuous improvement.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, particularly in the USA market.
  • Strong proficiency in various lead generation channels including LinkedIn, Email Marketing, Social Media, and Cold Calling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with prospects and team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Trainees are welcome but must demonstrate a keen interest in learning and developing lead generation skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.
