At Clipboard Health, we’re committed to providing exceptional service to healthcare professionals (HCPs) and maintaining the highest standards of quality, integrity, and patient safety. As a Documents Knowledge Base Content Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring that healthcare professionals have access to the information they need to succeed while helping to drive the seamless onboarding experience for new HCPs.
Content Creation & Management—Produce and maintain high-quality knowledge base articles, SOPs, FAQs, and troubleshooting guides. Ensure all documentation is well-structured, user-friendly, and written clearly to support easy comprehension.
Content Optimization & Maintenance - Continuously review and optimize content for enhanced clarity, precision, and user experience. Organize and format information systematically to ensure intuitive navigation and quick access.
Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing - Partner with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and cross-functional teams to collect, verify, and align content with current policies, processes, and system updates, ensuring all documentation remains accurate and relevant.
Quality Assurance & Standardization - Maintain tone, style, and formatting uniformity across all documentation. Proactively identify and address knowledge gaps, ensuring all content is up-to-date and consistent with organizational standards.
User Experience & Accessibility—Incorporate user feedback to Enhance the searchability and structure of the knowledge base. Monitor content engagement and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities and ensure that content is easily accessible and effective.
