The Role

We're looking for a hands-on Project/Product Manager to help keep the growing dev team on track and moving fast. This role calls for someone who's just as comfortable in a technical conversation with engineers as they are setting priorities and clearing roadblocks. If you've worked in agile teams, know your way around dev cycles, and can keep things ticking without micromanaging, we'd love to talk.

What You'll Do

  • Break down high-level goals into clear tasks, set realistic deadlines, and ensure the team stays focused and on schedule.
  • Work closely with the dev team to scope work, set priorities, and keep communication flowing.
  • Use project management tools to monitor timelines, spot blockers early, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Lead sprint planning, stand-ups, and retros to keep things organized and adaptive.
  • Use your technical knowledge to check that proposed solutions make sense and are doable within scope.
  • Act as the go-between for engineering and leadership, making sure everyone's on the same page.
  • Jump in to tackle issues before they become problems and help unblock the team whenever needed.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of experience managing technical projects whether as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or in a similar role.
  • Wallet or trading platform experience
  • A solid grasp of how software gets built, and the ability to make informed calls on scope and timelines.
  • Strong experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban, and a track record of running smooth sprints.
  • Familiarity with DeFi, crypto trading platforms, and the fast-moving world of on-chain trading.
  • Confidence leading cross-functional teams and keeping projects moving, even under tight deadlines.
  • Clear, thoughtful communication that keeps everyone aligned across engineering, leadership, and beyond.
  • A real interest in trading tools, DeFi trends, and how people interact with these platforms.
  • A proactive mindset someone who spots issues early, offers solutions, and helps the team stay unblocked.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern dev workflows
  • Insight into the memecoin scene on Solana and its unique trading dynamics
  • Based in Europe
