Role Overview
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented bilingual virtual admin assistant to be the first point of contact for our firm. You'll answer our phones, route calls, take messages, and provide administrative support to keep our office running smoothly. We're looking for someone comfortable working with legal and private information who can multitask and communicate effectively with clients and staff. This is a full-time remote position with set hours Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities
Professionally and warmly answer inbound calls and route to the right staff member
Take thorough messages and pass them to the intended recipient
Act as a client liaison by fielding inquiries and scheduling appointments
Provide administrative support such as drafting correspondence and data entry
Make outbound calls to clients for follow-up or to collect information
Maintain organized records of calls and messages
Responsibilities
Native or fully fluent Spanish and professional English skills
Experience as a receptionist, virtual assistant, or in a similar administrative role
Excellent phone manner and ability to communicate effectively
Able to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, and pay close attention to details
Comfort working with sensitive legal information
Reliable internet connection and computer
Has iCloud access since client uses this for their scheduling
