Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Senior Performance Marketing Executive to lead our performance media initiatives. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing, data analytics, and media buying to drive measurable results for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing performance-driven media strategies across various digital platforms.

On any given day you might

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive performance media strategies that align with client objectives, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, programmatic, and other emerging channels.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Prepare regular performance reports and present findings to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of media planners and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on performance media strategies and best practices.
  • Budget Management: Manage and allocate media budgets effectively to maximize performance and achieve client KPIs.
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in performance media and digital marketing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, analytics, and account management teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and delivery of client goals.

The ideal person

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital media, with a focus on performance marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics tools, and performance metrics.
  • Proven experience in managing large media budgets and delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and proficiency in data visualization tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop talent.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to clients and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of SEO, PPC, display advertising, social media marketing, and other digital marketing strategies.
