About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Global Talent Acquisition Manager with a decade of expertise in high-volume hourly recruitment. This role focuses on sourcing and hiring for our Manufacturing, Customer Care, and Clinical Operations sectors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing strategic recruitment initiatives on a global scale, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent to support our dynamic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Recruitment Planning:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies tailored to high-volume hourly positions across Manufacturing, Customer Care, and Clinical Operations.
    • Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and create proactive recruitment plans.
  2. Global Recruitment Operations:
    • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
    • Manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to maintain a high-performance culture.
  3. Candidate Sourcing and Pipeline Development:
    • Utilize diverse sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, community partnerships, and industry networks, to attract a wide pool of qualified candidates.
    • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles, ensuring readiness to meet staffing demands promptly.
  4. Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:
    • Enhance employer brand by promoting our values, culture, and career opportunities in the digital healthcare sector.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by streamlining recruitment processes and maintaining clear communication throughout the hiring journey.
  5. Data-Driven Recruitment:
    • Monitor and analyze key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire, to assess the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
    • Prepare regular reports for senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  6. Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Stay abreast of global labor laws and regulations to ensure recruitment practices comply with legal standards.
    • Implement industry best practices in talent acquisition, leveraging technology and innovative approaches to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on high-volume hourly recruitment in Manufacturing, Customer Care, or Clinical Operations.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing recruitment teams across multiple regions or countries.
  • Strong understanding of global recruitment trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

Estimated Pay Range
$115,500$169,500 USD
