  • Expect to work on a variety of high-impact projects such as the roll out of new company wide file management systems, the creation and maintenance of company wide policies, as well as the implementation of process revisions assisted by external consultants.
  • Serve as the key internal point of contact for finance-related projects and ongoing business initiatives.
  • Foster a strong cross-functional working relationship with other teams at 1Password to ensure the finance lens is incorporated into project plans and solutions.
  • Help design and coordinate change management processes and communications.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the business to identify and consider upstream and downstream impacts, coordinating with other teams as required.
