About the Role
At Wealthsimple, we believe that Talent Acquisition’s job is to own the delivery of hiring needs by identifying and engaging top talent using data-driven recruitment strategies and a deep understanding of the company goals.

This is a 1-year contract to support our Enabling Functions divisions. This spans across: Operations, Marketing, Finance, People Operations, Regulatory, and Commercial. You will be embedded into the organization as a trusted recruitment partner, responsible for managing the full cycle recruiting process across a variety of hiring needs.

In this role, you will:
  • Manage a high-volume recruitment process across the company
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders to understand headcount plans, identify unmet hiring needs, and enable potential hiring solutions that optimize for speed and quality
  • Set a fast pace of hiring, while maintaining a high quality bar for the candidate and interviewer experience
  • Help elevate the hiring culture at Wealthsimple and create an inclusive and supportive team culture

  • Skills we are looking for:
  • 5+ year track record in recruiting, preferably roles in a high-growth environment 
  • Identify and articulate improvements in the hiring process to internal teams and stakeholders using targeted recruitment data
  • Work independently, biasing towards action to drive projects forward
  • Interest and passion for personal finance and how we might build simpler, more accessible services for everyone
