Entrata is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Contracts Administrator to join our Contracts Team.  In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the contract process by routing agreements for signature, ensuring proper filing, and maintaining accurate records. This position is perfect for someone who is eager to learn, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a keen eye for detail. As one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the multifamily housing market, we need a team player who can adapt quickly and help keep our contract operations running smoothly. We are only hiring in Arizona, Utah, Wyoming, Idaho, Texas, North Carolina, and Florida for this role.

Responsibilities will include
  • Assist in routing contractual documents for signature and ensuring proper filing to support business relationships with customers.
  • Maintain accuracy and organization of contract records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with sales team members to facilitate contract routing and ensure agreements are processed efficiently.
  • Review contract requests for completeness and compliance with company guidelines.
  • Support the Contracts Team by managing contracts through DocuSign CLM and ensuring proper documentation.
  • Communicate with internal teams to provide basic guidance on contracting processes and requirements.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying opportunities for better organization and efficiency.
  • Other administrative and contract-related tasks as assigned.

  • Minimum Qualifications
  • 1-2 Years of direct contract administration or other administrative experience in a tech company or high-volume environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A basic understanding of contracts with a willingness to learn more
  • Fast problem-solving skills
  • Work efficiently in multiple software applications, including Salesforce, DocuSign and Microsoft
  • Handle sensitive customer situations with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Navigate contract management systems and databases with ease, ensuring accurate record-keeping

  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) product offerings
  • Experience with CRM Management Software
  • Experience with DocusignCLM and e-signature software
