We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager with a tremendous amount of energy and passion who will be responsible for helping define strategy. The successful candidate will serve as a product champion combining their expertise, development knowledge, market analysis and end user feedback to establish product vision and plan for a multi-year roadmap. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision and the drive to make that vision a reality.

The pay range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 which includes base and incentive compensation.  Incentive earnings are uncapped.  Individual pay is determined by the candidate’s geographic location and additional factors, including but not limited to skillset, relevant education, experience, certifications as well as other business and organizational needs.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identify and Evaluate New Product Opportunities – Analyze industry trends and competitive offerings to determine which OEM products should be added to the portfolio.
  • Develop Product Business Plans – Create strategies to drive product adoption, maximize margin and address competitive positioning.
  • Manage Product Pricing and Profitability – Define pricing models, margin strategies and competitive pricing analysis to optimize revenue.
  • Coordinate Product Launches – Oversee the introduction of new product lines, ensuring marketing, financial and sales alignment.
  • Support Sales Enablement – Work closely with sales teams to provide training, product positioning and market insights.
  • Optimize Inventory Strategy – Monitor inventory levels, adjust stocking strategies and align with pricing trends to maintain profitability.
  • Develop and Maintain OEM and Supplier Relationships – Ensure favorable terms, warranties and pricing for products purchased and resold.
  • Enhance Product Marketing and Awareness – Work with marketing teams to create campaigns, content and messaging to drive product demand.
  • Monitor Competitive Market Trends – Stay informed on pricing, availability and industry trends to make strategic adjustments.
  • Maximize Sales and Profitability – Identify and execute strategies to increase sales and improve margins for assigned products.
  • Improve Product Support and Quality – Ensure products meet company standards and address any quality concerns.
  • Develop and Maintain Product Content – Keep product descriptions, pricing and cross-sell/up-sell information up to date.
  • Facilitate Product Training – Work with sales and training teams to ensure sales reps understand product features, benefits and differentiation.
  • Analyze and Optimize Product Performance – Track product sales data, customer feedback and market impact to refine strategies.
  • Drive Internal Product Promotions – Organize internal campaigns and initiatives to generate interest and sales traction for key products.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as required.

What we're looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience in product management.
  • 5 years of experience in product management, product marketing, sales or business development within an IT reseller, ITAD or remarketing environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of securing favorable terms with OEMs, suppliers and customers.
  • Experience in pricing and margin optimization, with the ability to develop strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across teams, including sales, marketing, operations and executive leadership to achieve business goals.
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to assess market trends, competitive positioning and pricing strategies to maximize business impact.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on one’s feet and develop creative solutions for product and sales challenges.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience in creating compelling product messaging and sales enablement materials.
  • Knowledge of the IT hardware and networking industry including remarketing, secondary market trends and resale strategies.
  • Proven track record of driving sales and product success with measurable contributions to revenue and margin growth.
