Role Name: Real Estate Administrative Assistant

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 10am to 6pm New York time

  • Safeguard and process confidential materials, including sensitive financial documents and personal information, with the utmost discretion
  • Navigate and maintain the team’s digital infrastructure, including shared file systems and specialized real estate software
  • Collaborate closely with lead agents to prepare comprehensive documentation for property sales, contributing to successful closings
  • Adapt swiftly to changing priorities, taking on diverse administrative tasks to support the team’s dynamic needs
  • Implement and maintain efficient digital and physical filing systems, enhancing the team’s overall productivity and organization
Requirements
  • Exceptional English language proficiency, both written and verbal, for clear communication with diverse clientele
  • Proven track record of handling confidential information with discretion and attention to detail
