  • Skillfully navigate conversations to overcome objections and secure qualified appointments for product demonstrations
  • Enhance and expand the existing contact database, with a focus on obtaining direct cell phone numbers of decision-makers
  • Maintain meticulous records of all interactions and lead statuses within the company’s Salesforce CRM
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads and provide insights that could improve conversion rates
  • Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified appointments set
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to refine your approach and maintain a competitive edge
  • Contribute to the refinement of the sales process by providing feedback and suggestions based on your interactions with prospects
Requirements
  • Proven track record in cold calling, lead generation, or appointment setting, ideally within the automotive or B2B software industries
  • Exceptional communication skills with a neutral accent suitable for engaging with North American clients
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp and articulate complex product offerings in a clear, concise manner
  • Resilient and positive attitude, with the ability to maintain enthusiasm in the face of rejection
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a remote working environment
  • Availability to work during U.S. business hours
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry or a keen interest in learning about it
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Adaptability to work with a diverse range of decision-makers, from small dealership groups to large enterprises
