Role Description

As a Manager, Event Management, you will be "Full Time" in that the role adheres to a typical business full-time remit. While working remotely, you will be available to work during general business hours during workdays, however those may be outside of a typical weekday, days-only schedule. The nature of this role and this business (experiential in a retail setting) does mean that remote work may be required evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

  • You will support the Regional Manager in the management of their respective market teams across multiple markets simultaneously throughout the duration of the program as it pertains to administrative tasks.
  • You will provide thorough communication on a regular basis to ensure weekly tasks are met.
  • You will support recruitment needs of Brand Ambassadors by tracking candidates and sending new hire paperwork.
  • You will manage all onboarding processes including hire confirmation communications, working with Payroll Team to review and approve New Hire Paperwork, and ensure paperwork deadlines are met.
  • You will, at the end of the program, support the Regional Managers in communicating with teams to confirm all assets are collected and shipped back to warehouse and decommission tasks are completed.
  • You will manage timesheet submission and approval process.
  • You will review timesheets, schedules, and reports to ensure timesheets are properly submitted according to deadlines and communication is sent to staff regarding changes that are needed for proper submission of their timesheets.
  • Manage submission process of expense reports.

Requirements

  • You will be proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Excel, Word, Outlook), Cloud-based software such as Google Docs, and the ability to learn new platforms
  • You will be highly organized and able to multi-task
  • You will have an entrepreneurial mindset and flexible attitude – enthusiastic approach to adapt to program changes that meet key learnings
  • You will have both strong time management skills and organizational skills with a proactive attitude
  • You will navigate staff challenges while working with Team Leads and interacting with retail staff and clients

The annual salary range for this position is ($59,000-$96,025). Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law. Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time. This position is not eligible for any other benefits or other compensation.
