LMS Content Administrator/Junior Instructional Designer 
Location: Remote

ICF is seeking an LMS Content Administrator/Junior Instructional Designer to join our dynamic and innovative team within the Growth, Engagements, and Insights group. The LMS Content Administrator/Instructional Designer will be responsible for managing and developing e-learning content, ensuring the Learning Management System (LMS) is optimized and that training materials are engaging and up to date. This role will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to create high-quality instructional content, ensuring compliance with SCORM standards and Section 508 regulations.

What you will be doing: 

  • Organize and manage LMS course offerings, ensuring training materials are accessible and up-to-date. 
  • Support IT training programs, both internal and client facing, by creating process documentation and interactive courses. 
  • Update existing trainings and materials to reflect the latest best practices. 
  • Assist in the development and review of course/task flow to meet SCORM conformance and Section 508 compliance standards. 
  • Collaborate with SMEs to gather content and achieve team goals for content creation. 
  • Evaluate course feedback and maintain high-quality, effective training programs. 
  • Utilize tools like Articulate 360, RISE, Canva Pro, and Camtasia to design engaging learning content. 

What we need you to have (minimum qualifications):  

  • Bachelor's Degree in Instructional Design, Information Technology or a related field (or applicants can substitute one year of related experience for one year of education)
  • 2+ years professional experience instructional design and e-learning development, information technology and/or related experience
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools such as Articulate 360, RISE, Canva Pro, and Camtasia
  • Experience with project management software and methodologies such as JIRA

  • Strong writing and editing skills to create clear, engaging, and high-quality content 
  • Experience with Accessibility and Section 508 compliance 
  • Familiarity with multimedia authoring tools for e-learning content development
  • Knowledge of current educational technologies and instructional methodologies

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position.

The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is:

$67,020.00 - $113,934.00
