Referral Case Manager

Responsibilities: 

  • Read and summarize case details and communicate case details to partners. 
  • Independently manage the process of referring cases to other attorneys in our network. 
  • Communicate with clients over text and phone and make medical referrals if necessary. 
  • Ensure that clients are contacted and retained by our partners. Facilitate a warm transfer if necessary. 
  • Obtain agreements and other documents in the referral process. 
  • Update the systems appropriately and ensure the data is always up to date. 
  • Help us maintain a low attrition rate by moving quickly and following up frequently with clients and attorneys. 

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Great attention to detail. 
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and perform under pressure. 
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products and comfort with technology. 
  • Experience in a client service position. 
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changes 
  • College Degree or equivalent 

 

 Time zone: available to work EST time

Compensation$6USD hourly
