QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in sourcing, recruiting, or talent acquisition
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing tools
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to assess resumes and candidate qualifications
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday preferred
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field (preferred)
