We are seeking an energetic and driven Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our growing Porch Group Talent Acquisition team in India. Our team serves as the tier-one resource for creating amazing internal and external hiring experiences across our global offices. As our first-ever Talent Acquisition Coordinator based in India, you will be responsible for working closely with the TA team, candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers to schedule global remote interviews, drive process improvements, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience as well as be a brand ambassador for Porch Group. Ideal candidates need to be customer service focused, have a strong attention to detail, and be team oriented.

What You Will Do As A Talent Acquisition Coordinator

· Own the scheduling experience for remote interviews across our India based positions

· Manage and oversee virtual onsite interviews to provide an exceptional candidate experience

· Communicate professionally with our candidates and internal team members

· Understand the need to maintain a high level of confidentiality

· Maintain assigned candidate status and tasks tracking within an Applicant Tracking System to ensure accurate information across all requisitions

· Collaborate on and manage recruiting projects within Candidate Experience and Employer Branding as they arise, as well as make suggestions to improve recruiting/interview processes

What You Will Bring As A Talent Acquisition Coordinator

· Bachelor’s Degree (or 4 years of professional relevant work experience equivalent)

· 2+ years of professional working experience in a fast-paced professional environment juggling multiple tasks, ideally within Talent Acquisition and/or Human Resources fields

· Highly organized, able to work on and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

· Client service mindset with the desire to go above and beyond to support the team and organization

· Previous hands-on experience/knowledge of Workday Recruiting (or similar enterprise level Applicant Tracking Systems) is highly preferred

· Strong experience with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus

· Previous hands-on experience/knowledge of Workday Recruiting (or similar enterprise level Applicant Tracking Systems) is highly preferred

· Proven experience working with US based business teams

· Excellent written and communication skills in English language

· Ability to work within core US business hours / time zone expectations - Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap

· Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload
