Are you an HRIS expert with a passion for innovation and driving impactful HR transformations? We are looking for an experienced HR Systems Specialist (f/m/d) to lead the HR side of integration and optimization of Workday, ensuring that our HR operations run smoothly and efficiently.

YOUR TASKS
  • Lead Workday Implementation: Take co-ownership of the end-to-end deployment of Workday, including planning, scoping, configuration, and post-launch optimization. Ensure seamless alignment between business objectives, HR objectives, and Workday capabilities.
  • Data Migration & Integration: Oversee the migration of HR data from legacy systems into Workday. Ensure successful integration of Workday with other enterprise systems, guaranteeing data accuracy and consistency.
  • User Training & Support: Provide hands-on training to HR teams and end-users, ensuring they are well-versed in utilizing Workday features and functionalities. Offer ongoing technical support and troubleshooting post-go-live.
  • Project Management: support in managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Ensure that the implementation is on schedule, meets business & HR needs, and adheres to budgetary constraints.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement continuous improvements in HR workflows by leveraging Workday’s evolving capabilities and new feature releases.
  • Collaborate with innovative and dynamic teams, working at the cutting edge of HR technology and make a lasting impact by optimizing HR workflows through Workday’s integrated system
YOUR PROFILE
  • Proven experience in leading HRIS implementations, with a deep understanding of HRIS systems (Workday certification is a plus).
  • Expertise in HR processes across multiple areas including payroll, benefits, talent management, and compensation.
  • Experience in configuring HRIS modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Talent Management.
  • Proficiency in data migration and system integration to ensure the seamless flow of information.
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail when it comes to testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Communication and Leadership: A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work closely with HR, IT, and business leaders in implementing solutions.
