As we continue to expand, we are looking for an innovative technology leader to drive our tech strategy and help scale the business for future success.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology initiatives, focusing on the development and integration of PropTech solutions that enhance operational efficiency, tenant experiences, and property security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property technology, a deep understanding of the latest advancements in video recording technologies for property monitoring (excluding Meta glasses), and a proven ability to scale tech-driven companies for a successful exit.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the company’s technology vision and roadmap, with a focus on innovation in PropTech and smart property solutions.
  • Build and manage a high-performing technology team, driving the development of advanced AI-driven property management systems and IoT integrations.
  • Oversee the implementation of cutting-edge video recording and monitoring technologies through smart glasses and other advanced hardware solutions to enhance property security and management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and data security best practices, including efficient and secure data storage solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology investments with financial and strategic objectives, particularly in preparation for future growth and potential acquisition.
  • Drive the adoption of automation, AI analytics, and real-time data tracking to optimize property management operations.
  • Monitor emerging trends in PropTech, AI, and smart video recording systems to maintain the company’s competitive edge.
  • Develop strategies to leverage technology for increased revenue, tenant retention, and overall operational scalability.
