The Strategic Sourcing Analyst II for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for all aspects of Supplier Master Data Management (SMDM) across the EMEAI region

This position is part of the Operations team located in EMEA, will be remote and will initially be on a 12 month fixed term contract. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Strategic Sourcing team and report to the Senior Manager Sourcing - Indirect responsible for new supplier onboarding/set up and related inquiries in a timely manner. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive Supplier Onboarding: Manage and enhance the end-to-end supplier onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for new suppliers.
  • Maintain Data Integrity: Oversee the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of supplier master data, conducting regular audits and updates to maintain high data quality standards.
  • Ensure Compliance: Implement and monitor compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements throughout the supplier data management process

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, or a related role.
  • Skills:
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).

It would be a plus if you also possess:

  • Certifications: Certifications such as The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) or similar are a plus

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • Ability to travel for team events, training and workshops in Ireland or Germany occasionally required
