AG1 is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager, Creative Art to ideate and develop creative campaign concepts across various media channels. This role will collaborate closely with the brand and creative strategy teams to bring impactful and engaging ideas to life that align with the brand vision and marketing goals of AG1. You will be responsible for shaping creative concepts that resonate with audiences and drive measurable results, ensuring a consistent brand voice and message across every touchpoint.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Creative Campaigns, the ideal candidate is experienced in leading creative art for brand campaigns with a proven ability to deliver premium designs that align with marketing goals and brand identity.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
  • Lead the ideation and development of campaign art concepts that span across digital, social, traditional, and emerging media channels.
  • Partner with brand and creative strategists to ensure campaigns align with overarching brand strategies and marketing objectives.
  • Exhibit strong creative thinking and concepting abilities to generate compelling and original ideas.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams  to execute campaign concepts seamlessly.
  • Execute on the campaign creative art roadmap from initial idea through execution, ensuring that the vision stays consistent across all media channels.
  • Present and pitch campaign ideas to internal stakeholders and leadership, effectively communicating creative concepts and the strategic thinking behind them.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovative approaches, bringing fresh ideas and insights to the team.
  • Analyze campaign performance and implement data-driven insights to refine and optimize creative strategies.
  • Ensure that creative art concepts are delivered on time and within budget, managing project timelines and priorities effectively.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • 5-7+ years of experience in creative campaign development, with a focus on concepting across multiple media channels.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and creatively, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaign ideas.
  • Experience leading cross-functional work groups with various teams.
  • A deep understanding of branding, marketing, and creative storytelling.
  • Strong presentation skills and the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas and strategy to stakeholders.
  • Passion for keeping up with industry trends and emerging media.
  • Ability to balance creativity with a data-driven approach to measure campaign effectiveness.

AG1 is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $110,000-$135,000 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
