Job description

Team Rubicon (TR) is seeking a Senior Associate, Corporate Activations to join TR's Development team! The Senior Associate, Corporate Activations will support the execution of corporate partnership strategies, ensuring seamless delivery of engagement opportunities and partner commitments and work across Operations teams and Brand & Communications to drive corporate engagement, enhance partner experiences, and ensure deliverables are met. The Senior Associate, Corporate Activations will help execute corporate activations, employee engagement initiatives, and partnership fulfillment efforts, ensuring they align with TR’s mission and operational priorities.

Every day will be a challenge, but every month brings new opportunities for an organization that is quickly becoming a household name in disaster response. This position reports to TR’s Deputy Director, Strategic Partnerships and can be based remote anywhere within the United States.

Duties:

  • Manage the implementation of partner activations, including employee engagement, custom experiences, and other brand-aligned initiatives.
  • Work across internal teams, including Operations and Brand & Communications, to ensure corporate deliverables are met and activations run smoothly.
  • Facilitate execution of partnership agreements, ensuring TR fulfills obligations, provides meaningful engagement opportunities, and strengthens relationships.
  • Track and measure partnership performance, ensuring activations deliver impact and align with corporate objectives.
  • Support the development of materials and reports to highlight partnership outcomes and key engagement metrics.
  • Identify storytelling opportunities to showcase corporate partnerships and their impact through TR’s digital channels and external media.
  • Ensure a seamless corporate partner experience, handling logistics, event coordination, and on-site activations as needed.

Education and Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship activation, or employee engagement
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate activations, manage timelines, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Ability to collaborate across departments, ensuring brand consistency and operational alignment in partnership activations
  • Understanding of marketing, brand integration, and corporate social responsibility programs
  • Proactive problem solver with strong attention to detail, ensuring all partnership commitments and activations are executed effectively
  • Ability to analyze partnership performance and develop reports that demonstrate impact and engagement

Special Requirements: 

  • This is a full-time; remote position and can be based anywhere within the United States and provides a flexible & non-traditional work schedule (relocation expenses not provided)
  • Evening and weekend schedule supporting leadership meetings, video conferences, events, and operations
  • Required: This position requires up to 40% travel for site visits, conferences, and donor meetings

Pay Range:  

  • $59,392.80 - $101,238.00 per year
