Sitting within Platform PG, the ‘Business Platform’ team is responsible for delivering a world-class business (and enterprise) experience across all Coinbase products. This includes driving significant growth by expanding our suite of enterprise primitives and unlocking new verticals for Coinbase, with key domains including Business Onboarding, Enterprise IAM, and more.

What you’ll be doing (ie. job duties):

Leading a 4-5 person Product Management team responsible for driving Business Onboarding, Enterprise IAM, and more.
In addition, you’ll be responsible for scaling and improving our Travel Rule offering and helping solidify our position as the market leader.

What we look for in you (ie. job requirements):

Experience leading and growing a high-performing PM team, including managing senior product leaders.
This person will be in an extremely high-visibility and strategically critical role, with visibility including Brian and ET, and I expect them to be able to own vision, strategy, and execution holistically; and to be able to effectively communicate with Brian and ET.

Nice to haves:

Experience in B2B and Enterprise.
Experience leading ‘onboarding’ and/or IAM, including both scaled and fully-automated product journeys and operational dependencies.
Fintech and/or crypto experience, including onchain and payments-related experience.

Pay Transparency Notice: Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range as detailed below. Full time offers from Coinbase also include target bonus + target equity + benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)).

Pay Range:

$243,865—$286,900 USD
