Do you have experience in product design and user experience? Are you interested in working in a dynamic and collaborative environment focusing on continuous improvement?

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our team, playing a key role in creating seamless and user-centered digital experiences. An organized, communicative, and proactive person willing to conduct user research, design intuitive interfaces, and collaborate with cross-functional teams, driving the growth of the whole Axur team. And you can work remotely from anywhere in the world!

A typical workday might include:

Conducting user research to identify problems and needs;
Running interviews, usability tests, and mapping user journeys;
Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to support design decisions;
Collaborating with Product Managers to define product requirements and objectives;
Contributing to product vision and feature prioritization;
Identifying opportunities for innovation and UX improvements;
Creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes;
Developing and maintaining Design Systems to ensure visual and functional consistency;
Rapidly testing and iterating based on user and stakeholder feedback;
Working closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility of design solutions;
Facilitating workshops and brainstorming sessions with multidisciplinary teams;
Presenting and defending design decisions to stakeholders;
Reviewing implementation with the engineering team to ensure design fidelity;
Participating in QA sessions to identify UX/UI improvements;
Collecting post-launch feedback to continuously iterate on the product;
Mentoring junior designers and contributing to the team's growth;
Promoting design best practices and fostering a user-centered design culture.

Requirements

Indispensable Requirements:

4+ years of experience in product design, working on complex or large-scale projects;
Strong UI design skills, with advanced proficiency in Figma;
Experience conducting user research, creating user journeys, and prototyping interaction flows;
Ability to create interactive prototypes for usability testing and validation;
Familiarity with design system creation and maintenance for scalable products;
Understanding of accessibility and usability principles for designing intuitive interfaces;
Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing;
Background in industries such as fintech, e-commerce, or SaaS;
Demonstrated portfolio showcasing critical thinking and business impact;
Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban);
Fluency in Portuguese.

Additional Qualifications:

Knowledge of component creation and microinteractions;
Understanding of accessibility best practices;
Familiarity with database analytics and Mixpanel;
Experience working on international projects or in global teams;
Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus.
