This role will serve as a critical force multiplier for our growth team, enabling them to maintain consistent, high-quality engagement with prospects while focusing their time on strategic decision-making and relationship-building. By providing skilled support in drafting correspondence, managing outreach, and maintaining our sales pipeline, this specialist will directly contribute to accelerating our growth trajectory.

The ideal candidate will become an extension of our growth and executive team's voice, crafting compelling communications that reflect our brand values and resonate with our target audience. Their ability to maintain meticulous attention to detail while working across multiple communication channels will ensure that potential clients and partners receive timely, professional responses that move deals forward efficiently.

  • 📝 Communication Support
    • Draft professional email correspondence and LinkedIn messages to potential clients and strategic partners on behalf of the CEO and Head of Sales.
    • Capture and maintain the appropriate tone and voice for each individual to ensure authentic communication
    • Proactively follow up on outreach to maintain engagement with prospects
    • Edit and refine communication drafts based on executive feedback
  • 📈 Sales Operations
    • Monitor and update our sales pipeline to ensure deals continue to progress
    • Track key touchpoints with prospects and partners
    • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on all opportunities
    • Assist in organizing and preparing materials for sales meetings and presentations
    • Support data entry and maintenance in our CRM system
  • 🖥️ Administrative Support
    • Manage correspondence prioritization to ensure timely responses
    • Organize and maintain digital files related to sales and partnership activities
    • Assist with scheduling and coordination when necessary
    • Research potential clients and prepare briefing materials
    • Help implement and optimize workflows to improve team efficiency
