Job Summary: We are seeking a Solutions Architect to help nonprofits harness the power of AI-driven solutions for fundraising and donor engagement. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to design tailored AI models, support pre-sales activities, guide implementation, and provide ongoing technical support. You will work closely with sales, product, and data science teams to develop scalable solutions that align with client needs. Ideal candidates have experience in SaaS, cloud technologies, CRM systems, and AI/ML concepts, along with a strong background in nonprofit fundraising.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their fundraising goals, pain points, desired use cases and technical requirements, designing robust, scalable solutions that meet their specific needs. Communicate with clients about data and process needs to support DSAi model implementation.
Pre-Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to present technical solutions during pre-sales processes, providing technical demos, answering client inquiries, and ensuring the feasibility of proposed solutions.
Custom AI Models: Work with the data science team to develop customized AI models based on specific client needs and available data, ensuring the tools deliver accurate and actionable insights. Collaborate with the product team for continuous improvement.
Product and Feature Development: Provide input to product management and data science teams based on client feedback and industry trends to help shape product evolution and new features.
Post-Implementation Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned DSAi clients post-implementation. Facilitate regular meetings with clients to gather feedback. Document data inputs, outputs and logic, in collaboration with the data science team. Verify rescored client data for completeness and accuracy, and work with data science and IT to troubleshoot as needed. Provide ad hoc analysis of client data to support client’s understanding of model and strategy effectiveness and to support ongoing conversations about use cases and performance. Address any technical or product-related queries, ensuring client satisfaction. Refer clients to client success counterparts on non-DSAi product related questions and troubleshooting.
Industry Best Practices: Stay informed about nonprofit fundraising trends, AI advancements, and SaaS architecture best practices to continually improve our solutions and keep them at the forefront of the market.
Marketing Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams when needed to develop content that highlights the technical aspects and advantages of our AI solutions.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solutions Architect (client success or prospect management role) or in a similar technical role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
Experience working with nonprofits, fundraising, or wealth screening platforms is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience with AI-driven solutions, data modeling, and system integrations.
Strong background in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and SaaS platforms.
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Blackbaud, etc.) and other nonprofit tools.
Understanding of AI/ML concepts, data modeling, and analytics tools.
Familiarity with database management (SQL, NoSQL) and data pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
