Job description

This is a remote position.

Role:  Social Media Specialist - Content Strategy & Email Marketing

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern Time (20 hours per week, 4 hours per day).

We are seeking a social media and email manager to scale our brand presence, manage all strategy and execution, and allow me to dedicate my efforts to content creation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

  • YouTube: Full channel management (titles, SEO, thumbnails, descriptions), scheduling, re-purposing videos into Shorts, growing subscribers and engagement.
  • Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X): Consistent posting, re-purposing content, community engagement (DMs/comments), growth analysis, and optimization.
  • Plan, schedule, and maintain content calendars.

Content Re-purposing & Editing:

  • Edit long-form YouTube videos into content for Reels, Stories, TikToks, Shorts.
  • Apply current trends, captions, transitions, storytelling techniques.

Email Marketing:

  • Manage and grow email list.
  • Create newsletters and automated sequences (motivational content, market updates, real estate reports).
  • Organize and nurture leads from all platforms.

Lead Capture & CRM Organization:

  • Collect leads and keep the database organized.
  • Set up basic follow-ups to nurture leads and potential clients.


Requirements
  • Real Estate Experience (Optional but Preferred):

  • Familiarity with real estate marketing, admin tasks, client communication, and lead management.

  • Required Skills & Qualities:

  • MUST BE WILLING TO COMPLETE THE CLIENT'S ASSESSMENT

  • MUST SUBMIT SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT PORTFOLIO

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish strongly preferred).

  • Strong expertise in YouTube channel growth.

  • Knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Instagram Ads, social media analytics.

  • Proactive, reliable, highly organized, strong communication skills.

  • Familiarity with current trends in fitness, running, motivation, empowerment.
