Job description

This is a remote position.

Role: Social Media Specialist - Content Strategy & Email Marketing

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Eastern Time (20 hours per week, 4 hours per day).

We are seeking a social media and email manager to scale our brand presence, manage all strategy and execution, and allow me to dedicate my efforts to content creation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Execution:

YouTube: Full channel management (titles, SEO, thumbnails, descriptions), scheduling, re-purposing videos into Shorts, growing subscribers and engagement.
Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter (X): Consistent posting, re-purposing content, community engagement (DMs/comments), growth analysis, and optimization.
Plan, schedule, and maintain content calendars.

Content Re-purposing & Editing:

Edit long-form YouTube videos into content for Reels, Stories, TikToks, Shorts.
Apply current trends, captions, transitions, storytelling techniques.

Email Marketing:

Manage and grow email list.
Create newsletters and automated sequences (motivational content, market updates, real estate reports).
Organize and nurture leads from all platforms.

Lead Capture & CRM Organization:

Collect leads and keep the database organized.
Set up basic follow-ups to nurture leads and potential clients.

Requirements

Real Estate Experience (Optional but Preferred):

Familiarity with real estate marketing, admin tasks, client communication, and lead management.

Required Skills & Qualities:

MUST BE WILLING TO COMPLETE THE CLIENT'S ASSESSMENT

MUST SUBMIT SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGEMENT PORTFOLIO

Bilingual (English & Spanish strongly preferred).
