JOB DESCRIPTION

Senior Software Engineer
Our growing team is looking for experienced software engineers to join our team.

Our platform powers banking services behind some of America’s most prominent technology companies and our own offerings.
 
Job Responsibilities
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient banking and
payments platforms.
· Enhance existing systems, ensuring high performance, security, and
maintainability.
· Develop and support API integrations with internal systems and third-
party vendors.
· Implement CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and contribute to
cloud migration efforts.
· Utilize test-driven development (TDD) to ensure high code quality and
coverage.
· Optimize latency and resiliency for large-scale, distributed applications.
· Set up monitoring, alerts, and dashboards to ensure system reliability.
· Participate in code reviews, mentor team members, and foster a
collaborative engineering culture.
· Document architecture, workflows, and solutions using flowcharts and
sequence diagrams.

Required Qualifications
· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
· Has strong ownership mindset when it comes to deliverables
· Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, XP) and AI-powered coding
tools like GitHub Copilot.
· 5+ years of software development experience, focusing on .NET
Core/ASP.NET and containerized applications.
· Strong experience with Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, and microservices
architecture.
· Hands-on expertise in Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins for CI/CD.
· Knowledge in Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates for infrastructure
automation.
