• Create flyers, promotional materials, and branded content for digital and print use.

• Manage social media platforms (content creation, scheduling, and engagement).

• Assist with content writing and editing for social media, blog posts, and newsletters.

• Develop marketing campaigns to promote business.

• Collaborate with designers or contractors for book cover creation and brand assets.

• Follow up on client communications and inquiries -Maintain and update client information in GoHighLevel CRM system (or preferred CRM).

• Coordinate book-related tasks such as liaising with contractors for cover design and formatting.

• Organize documents and ensure proper filing systems are maintained.
