About this role

In the role of Chief of Staff, you will serve as an extension of our CEO, ensuring seamless execution of strategic initiatives, optimizing cross-functional collaboration, and driving operational excellence. In this capacity, you will help prioritize, execute, and communicate key business objectives both externally (key priority) and internally. This position is suited for an individual who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and possesses a deep understanding of enterprise software and scaling SaaS businesses.


Responsibilities

  • Act as trusted adviser / thought partner to CEO
  • Be the voice of the CEO for any internal and external discussions
  • In partnership with our CFO and VP Operations, prepare and refine presentations, analyses and reports for board meetings, investor updates and executive offsites
  • Manage operational cadence of CEO and leadership team: run weekly executive meetings, ensuring an effective agenda, tracking action items and driving accountability 
  • Provide insights and recommendations to CEO / leadership team 
  • Lead and execute special projects as required 
  • Manage the executive assistant to the CEO, ensuring seamless travel and calendar coordination

Requirements

  • At least 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking or operating roles at high-growth SaaS companies
  • MBA from top-tier institution
  • Familiarity with SaaS business dynamics 
  • High integrity, attention to detail and adaptability.  
  • Ability to quickly gain confidence and build trust of senior executives
