What We’re Looking For
Trillium Health Resources is looking for an Agile Product Manager to oversee and manage the delivery vision for our applications, collaborating with Quality Assurance, Product Services, and Project Services teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the product backlog, ensuring that business needs are met through agile practices, and driving team performance to achieve goals.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
High School diploma/GED and five (5) years of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development.
OR
Associate’s degree and three (3) years of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development.
OR
Bachelor’s degree and a minimum one (1) year of experience in project-based work structures, application lifecycle models, or software development.
OR
Equivalent combination of education/experience.
Preferred Education/Experience
Advanced Degree
Experience in any of the following areas: healthcare claims environment and applications development, demonstrated experience in SDLC, ALM, and SQL. Knowledge of Project Management principles and agile methodologies, and the ownership of product portfolio.
Supervision of two (2) or more employees preferred or acting in a lead role position for at least one (1) year.
License/Certification:
Must have a valid driver’s license
Microsoft applications certifications MTA, MCSA, MCSD or equivalent certifications preferred.
Location:
Remote and /or Remote within North Carolina.
Must reside in NC to be considered for remote status.
