As our Team Lead, Customer Service Scheduling, you will help provide day-to-day support to the scheduling team. Every day you will, provide analytical expertise for the scheduling process while identifying workflow issues and providing solutions to upper management. To thrive in this role you must, proactively monitor daily workflow and staff productivity while adhering to R1’s key scheduling performance and quality metrics

Here’s what you will experience working as a Team Lead, Customer Service Scheduling:

  • You will assist in establishing and implementing departmental initiatives and develop team members to promote quality.
  • You will measure and monitor staffing levels, assigning duties, and facilitate daily stand-ups.
  • You will troubleshoot and resolve departmental issues with urgency, and train staff on new processes.
  • You will identify root causes for scheduling issues and assist in creating related documentation.
  • You will demonstrate strong leadership, decision-making abilities, and maintain a positive attitude.
  • You must utilize intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, while ensuring performance standards are met.
     

Required Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years scheduling experience
  • 1 year leadership experience
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $17.18 - $28.52 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
