THE ROLE:

Splice is seeking a creative, results-driven Senior Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and optimization of our influencer and affiliate campaigns that align with our brand vision and growth performance targets. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to establish meaningful relationships amongst publications, social influencers, and brand partners to center Splice in the music creation conversion and empower music creators everywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Influencer Strategy & Management:
    • Identify, recruit, and engage with key influencers (musicians, producers, content creators, etc.) across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, etc.) to promote Splice’s products and services.
    • Develop and manage influencer campaigns, including brief creation, contracts, content guidelines, and performance metrics.
    • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers, ensuring they are aligned with Splice’s mission and brand identity.
    • Monitor influencer performance, track engagement, and assess ROI to continuously optimize campaigns.
  • Affiliate Program Management:
    • Oversee the day-to-day management of Splice’s affiliate marketing program, including sourcing, commissioning, and maintenance of existing partners.
    • Develop strategies to expand the affiliate network, optimize commission structures, and increase affiliate channel mix contributions.
    • Own our affiliate outcomes, analyze results, and drive our strategic roadmap in scaling the program.
  • Reporting & Cross-Functional Work:
    • Work closely with Product Marketing, Content, and Brand to create measurable integrated campaigns that drive towards our growth targets.
    • Design compelling assets in concert with our creative team that support influencer and affiliate campaign success.
    • Partner with our data and analytics team to dashboard and report on the performance of influencer and affiliate campaigns, providing actionable insights for future strategies.
  • Market Research & Trend Monitoring:
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices.
    • Analyze marketing activity and trends to identify new opportunities and innovate best-in-category programming.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or a related field, preferably within the music, tech, or entertainment industry.
    • Proven track record of running successful influencer and affiliate campaigns that drive performance, engagement, and brand visibility.

  • Skills & Expertise:
    • Strong understanding of influencer and affiliate marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
    • Experience with influencer marketing platforms (ie: Later and Rakuten)
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
    • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

    • Creative thinker with the ability to execute campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
    • Passion for music and an understanding of the music production community is a plus.

The national pay range for this role is $122,500-135,000. Individual compensation will be commensurate with the candidate's experience.
