Job Summary:
The S4o9 Communications and Training Manager is a dual-role position responsible for both strategic communication and training support for the S4o9 planning transformation project in Latin America. This role will create visibility for the project, ensure consistent messaging, and support execution of effective training programs to drive successful adoption. The ideal candidate will have expertise in corporate communications, stakeholder engagement, and content creation.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement the regional communication strategy for the S4o9 project to ensure alignment and engagement.
Create compelling content for internal stakeholders, leveraging appropriate communication channels.
Manage project communication platforms, ensuring accessibility and relevance.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication efforts.
Support Training Managers to successfully execute the training plans on the BUs
Qualifications & Experience:
3+ years of experience in corporate communications and training programs.
Strong ability to develop strategic messaging
Excellent writing, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience managing internal communication channels and campaigns.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage ambiguity in complex environments.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or related field. Change management certification preferred.
