Job Description

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

Recruit agents via phone to either get contracted or move their existing contract to our firm
Cold calling skills and ability to have pinpointed follow-up skills are key
Ability to build value quickly and set appointments for further conversations with MCC sales staff
Achieve benchmark goals/quotas
Self-motivated and energetic
Effectively communicate and make best use of interpersonal skills
Must have excellent verbal communication skills
Highly productive while unsupervised
Work collaboratively and efficiently as a team member
Working knowledge of MS Excel, Word & Outlook, and Google Sheets
Preference given to candidates with Medicare & Health Insurance industry experience
